Proven safe. Proven smart
Bellafill® isn’t just an exceptional cosmetic treatment option. Bellafill’s safety profile is comparable to the temporary fillers you are already familiar with and perhaps already using.
Approved by the FDA
Bellafill® has been approved for the correction of facial wrinkles known as nasolabial folds or smile lines since 2006. Bellafill® requires a skin test to identify patients who may be sensitive to the lidocaine or bovine collagen in Bellafill®, which affected less than 1% in the Bellafill® clinical trial.
Bellafill® is a polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) collagen filler
See visible correction with the very first treatment.
The collagen in Bellafill® provides immediate volume and lift while the PMMA microspheres remain in place and create a matrix that supports collagen production in your skin for lasting improvement3.
Filler enhancement that makes economic sense
Most patients can expect to maintain the correction they see early after treatment. However, every patient’s skin is unique and therefore we recommend starting slowly with a conservative amount and continuing progressive enhancement as needed to get the best correction, correction that last.
Is Bellafill® right for me?
It’s a difference you can feel
Treatment with Bellafill® is very similar to treatment with conventional fillers. Bellafill® immediately adds volume to wrinkles known as smile lines for a smoother, more youthful appearance. In addition, Bellafill® re-creates the firm structure of younger-looking skin by supporting production of your body’s own collagen. Bellafill® requires a skin test to identify those patients who may have an allergy to lidocaine or bovine collagen.

How Bellafill® works
Bellafill® replaces lost volume in the skin below the wrinkle for correction that is immediate and lasting. The injectable gel is comprised of 80% purified collagen and 20% PMMA (polymethylmethacrylate) microspheres. The tiny microspheres are half the diameter of a human hair, so small that they are virtually invisible to the eye.
And keeps on working
Bellafill® is different. It restores rather than just fills for natural enduring results. In clinical studies, efficacy was observed out to 12 months. (Primary efficacy endpoint was at 6 months.)
Bellafill® is placed below the depression using a fine needle.
The injectable gel immediately adds volume to the skin to lift and smooth out wrinkles.
The Bellafill® difference
Beauty that lasts
Bellafill® offers an important difference to patients who know filler rejuvenation can be very costly. What if, instead of just filling, you could actually restore? Bellafill® is your answer.
Look younger for longer, naturally
Bellafill® provides a microscopic ‘matrix’ to support your body’s own natural collagen production, and ultimately strengthen the layers of the skin. This provides the support needed for wrinkle correction and younger-looking skin, with results that last3. In clinical trials, Bellafill® showed significant improvement in smile lines at 3 months and 6 months after treatment, and continued to show improvement at 12 months2.
Bellafill® is made of 80% collagen & 20% PMMA microspheres.
